Tango Reo

Tango Reo is a Washington D.C. area based Tango group. They have been delighting audiences throughout the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia area for the past several years.

Besides tango dance events, the group can provide a unique concert experience, representing the vibrant and seductive rhythms that comprise tango repertoire, along with some entertaining background information.

Claudia Gargiulo provides the mesmerizing vocals, Susan Jones adds emotional intensity on the violin, Charles Kelly gives the flavor of Tango music with his bandoneon, while Victor Medina, our maestro, holds it together on piano, and Rita Eisenberg provides the back bone of the music with her bass.

To add to the performance, at the end of the program, Claudia and Charles present a live demonstration of tango dancing.

Dance venues have included Forever Dancing Dance studio, Glen Echo Park, and the Annapolis City Dock.

Concert venues have included Friendship Heights Community Center, and retirement communities including Leisure World, The Jefferson, and Collingwood.
